  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

• Explore Africa Tours and Travel is not responsible for any denied entry due to incorrect travel documentation.

• We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
